Provider data

Healthcare provider information (names, specialties, clinic affiliations, license numbers) is sourced from official public regulatory databases including QCHP, DHA, DoH, MOHAP, SCFHS, MOH-KW, and OMSB. This is public information.

To respond to contact form submissions and listing claim requests
To verify healthcare provider credentials against official databases
